[NEWS] South Australia State Nomination Tightening

Planning on applying for South Australian State Nomination? It could become harder for you!

 

When: Immediately and 19 April, 2017

What: South Australia originally gave certain applicants access to additional occupations, these requirements have already begun tightening

Who is affected: Group 1- Accountants (General), Human Resources Advisers, Marketing Specialists, Sales Representatives, University Lecturers, University Tutors, Hospital Pharmacists and Retail Pharmacists; or Group 2- High scoring applicants on the Migration Points Test with at least 80 points

The details: For those in Group 1: Effective immediately, you can only apply for SA State Nomination if you either:

a) are an international graduate of South Australia; or

b) have worked in a skilled occupation in South Australia for 6 months in country Adelaide or 12 months in Greater Adelaide.

For those in Group 2: From 19 April 2017, you must score more than 85 points, instead of 80.
