1st December (➡15th): International Borders Reopening to Skilled Migrants, Students and many more!

🔥 BREAKING NEWS – Immigration has just been announced that after 2 long years of international border closures, Australia is reopening its borders to almost everyone!

[13 December UPDATE] Scott Morrison has confirmed that Australia will reopen its borders as planned on the 15 Dec 2021 (originally scheduled for 01 Dec 2021).

[27 November UPDATE] Effective immediately, Australia will pause the easing of borders until 15 Dec 2021 (originally scheduled for 01 Dec 2021) while the government evaluates the impact of the Omicron variant of COVID. 🟢🔵 What does this delay mean for you? Our migration experts recommend proceeding with caution, and not to leave Australia until further confirmation on the border re-opening. (You do not want to be stuck outside Australia, unable to return!)

Are There Any Other Requirements?

Due to COVID, there are some a few other requirements for travellers coming to Australia:

1. Government’s vaccine requirements. Not all vaccines are recognised in Australia. Your parents must be vaccinated with a recognised vaccine to travel to Australia.

2. Some airlines have specific vaccination requirements. Please check with your airline.

3. Different states and territories have different quarantine and vaccination rules.
