Ever since the CSOL and SOL was removed last year, the occupation lists have become more complicated than ever. “Which occupation list do I use?”, “which visas can I apply for?”, such simple questions became SO HARD to answer. Now that the 457 has been replaced with the TSS visa, there’s also the important question of “Can I actually apply for PR after my TSS visa?”.
